Help us understand the issue

When possible, include your iPhone model, iOS version, Planwise version and build number, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Sign in with Apple credentials, or sensitive task content.

Notifications and reminders

Planwise uses optional local notifications. If a reminder does not arrive, check that the task has a future time and is not set to Never, that the day is not configured as a rest day, and that notifications are allowed for Planwise in iOS Settings. Focus modes and notification delivery settings may also affect when an alert appears.

You can change task reminder timing, turn off the weekly planning nudge in Planwise, or disable Planwise notifications in iOS Settings.

Accounts and cloud backup

Core planning works without an account. Choosing Sign in with Apple turns on cloud backup. Signing out clears Planwise data from that device but keeps the cloud backup available to restore later. Delete Account removes the live Planwise account and cloud data and clears the device; it does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Friends and Collaboration

Friends and Collaboration requires Sign in with Apple and is opt-in. Redeeming an invite code connects both people immediately. A connected friend can add you to an individual shared task without another acceptance step. You can reset your invite code, remove or block a friend, leave a shared task, report a user or shared task, or leave Friends and Collaboration from the app.

Purchases

Prices and trial eligibility come from the App Store and appear before purchase. Use Restore Purchases in Planwise for an eligible previous purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription through Apple. Billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple; you can request billing or refund help from Apple.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Planwise asks you to confirm and reauthorize with Apple before deleting the account, live cloud data, and local Planwise data. This cannot be undone. For more detail, see Your Privacy Choices.
