Your Privacy Choices
You stay in control. Planwise is local-first. Core planning works without an account, Planwise does not show advertising, and Planwise does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Local planning
If you do not sign in, planner content remains on your device. You can delete individual tasks in Planwise, sign out to clear Planwise data from a signed-in device, or remove the app, subject to device backups controlled by you or Apple.
Notifications
Notifications are optional and scheduled on your device. You can adjust task reminder timing, choose Never where available, turn off the weekly planning nudge, or disable Planwise notifications in iOS Settings. Focus modes and notification delivery settings may also affect when an alert appears.
Cloud backup
Choosing Sign in with Apple turns on cloud backup for your planner state. Signing out clears Planwise data from that device but keeps the cloud backup available to restore later. To remove the backup instead, use Delete Account.
Friends and Collaboration
Leaderboard participation is opt-in. Redeeming an invite code creates a mutual friend connection immediately. A connected friend can add you to an individual shared task without another acceptance step, and you can leave that task in Planwise. You can also reset your invite code, remove or block a friend, report a user or shared task, or leave Friends and Collaboration. Resetting the code invalidates old invite links but does not remove existing friends.
Delete your account and cloud data
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. After confirmation and Apple reauthorization, Planwise revokes its Sign in with Apple authorization, deletes the Planwise account and live Supabase data, and clears local Planwise data. This cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Follow Apple’s instructions to view or cancel a subscription separately.
Purchases
Use Restore Purchases in Planwise for an eligible purchase. Apple controls subscription cancellation and refunds. Planwise can help identify an entitlement issue but cannot change Apple’s billing decision. You can request billing or refund help from Apple.
Access, correction, deletion, and other requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal information, or withdraw consent for certain processing. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify the request. Rights and exceptions depend on where you live.
No sale or cross-app tracking
Because Planwise does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites, there is no sale, advertising share, or tracking consent to opt out of.
